What you'll do:- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Lead and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a collaborative team environment.
- Evaluate effectiveness of programs and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
