The (USA) Manager, Partnership leads the development and management of strategic relationships with retail partners, driving business growth through effective account strategies and performance optimization. This role involves analyzing partner performance, collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities, and ensuring alignment with company policies and values. The manager oversees a team, fostering professional development and accountability while promoting continuous improvement. By serving as a trusted advisor, this position supports Walmart's mission to deliver value and enhance partner engagement through data-driven insights and collaborative execution.
About the team:

This team manages strategic relationships with retail partners to drive growth across assigned categories. It collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance, enhance processes, and expand assortment and market reach. The team develops actionable account plans using data analysis to align partner success with business objectives. Focused on continuous improvement and performance optimization, it fosters long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that support Walmart's mission and values while leveraging expertise in account strategy, partner relationship management, and business analytics to achieve measurable results.
What you'll do:

  • Lead account strategy development, including segmentation, priority setting, and actionable planning for small to mid-sized retailers.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
