You will manage a team of Sr. Analysts who own SMB seller onboarding, while also directly supporting and leading Mid-Market seller onboarding in the near term. Operating at the intersection of operations, product, and marketplace strategy, we collaborate with Business Development, Go-to-Market, Compliance, and Seller Success teams. We design systems, processes, and playbooks to support onboarding across various seller segments. Expanding into new areas like alcohol and global grocery, we balance speed with precision in a dynamic environment, offering opportunities to influence both daily execution and long-term strategy while delivering measurable business impact.
What you'll do:
• Managing and developing a team of Sr. Analysts responsible for SMB seller onboarding end-to-end.
• Running effective 1:1s, performance reviews, while creating clear development plans.
• Managing team performance through metrics and quotas, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Driving consistency, quality, and speed across SMB onboarding execution.
• Serving as the primary owner for onboarding Mid-Market (MM) sellers (10+ locations), particularly in the near term as the motion scales.
• Partnering with business owners and stakeholders (Ops Managers, Directors, VPs, CEOs) to align on onboarding readiness and rollout strategy.
• Developing and codifying the Mid-Market onboarding playbook, including repeatable processes and SOPs.
What you'll bring:
• Owning onboarding pipeline management across SMB and MM sellers, including tracking progress, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Acting as the escalation point for onboarding issues, particularly for high-priority MM sellers.
• Designing and scaling onboarding processes that support both SMB and MM seller segments.
• Balancing standardization with flexibility as MM onboarding matures.
• Continuously improving onboarding efficiency while maintaining a high-quality seller experience.
• Partnering with BD, GTM, Account Management, Marketplace, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Driving coordination across teams for complex MM launches.
