Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Manager, Contracting, supports contract negotiations within Health & Wellness that are aligned with our strategic business objectives. This role involves collaborating with business teams, stakeholders and Legal to develop contracts and assess negotiation outcomes that align with Health & Wellness and enterprise standards. The manager oversees reporting initiatives, analyzes key performance indicators, and drives continuous improvement in contract language and related outcomes while upholding company policies, ethics, and standards to support organizational success. By fostering strong stakeholder relationships and managing complex contract projects, this position contributes to operational efficiency and financial goals.
What you'll do:
  • Manage contract quality by collaborating with Health & Wellness stakeholders and Legal to assess business outcomes.
  • Report project initiatives and timely communicate results to senior management.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing issues proactively to support business continuity.
  • Analyze contracts and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and/or process improvements.
  • Lead strategic initiatives by evaluating impacts and supporting plans to enhance vendor relationships and outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Proven experience in contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Strong technical writing skills to ensure clear and accurate process documentation and reporting.
  • Expertise in process improvement and lifecycle management to enhance vendor management and reporting strategies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, develop financial models, and assess negotiation outcomes to support business decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with sourcing managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Risk awareness and compliance knowledge to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
