Job Overview
This role supports the development of audience insights and measurement products through strategic partnerships to enhance business growth. It involves guiding partnership strategy, negotiating agreements, managing relationships, and enabling sales teams to expand revenue streams. The role differentiates by integrating measurement expertise with business development to create value in marketing solutions. Success is measured by effective partnership launches, campaign management, monetization strategies, and alignment with sales objectives. The work impacts organizational growth by delivering measurable advertising solutions and strengthening market positioning for customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead partnership launches to achieve market positioning, packaging, pricing, and customer targeting objectives
  • Manage third-party campaign execution including tracking implementation to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Develop monetization strategies for measurement and insights products in collaboration with management
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define strategic partnerships, use cases, and key performance indicators for campaign measurement
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
    OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
    OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 4-7 years Advertising technology, specifically digital marketing measurement (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Partnerships, solutions and/or partner management experience, supporting sales in the development of measurement strategies for advertising clients (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Experience working with advertising measurement such as brand surveys, location lift, sales lift, and validation/brand safety (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $103,700 - $187,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
