Position Summary...
The Group Director, People, leads the development and execution of strategic people initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organizational success. This role partners with business leaders to implement workforce planning, talent management, and performance strategies while managing organizational change. The position ensures consistent application of people practices across units, fosters stakeholder collaboration, and supports mentorship and succession planning. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions, the Group Director advances operational excellence and cultivates a high-performing environment that supports business growth and associate engagement.

What you'll do...
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement People strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment and addressing People-related impacts across functions.
  • Design and execute talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
  • Oversee performance management processes to identify strengths and development needs, driving business unit performance.
  • Direct implementation of People practices, systems, and policies, monitoring effectiveness and resolving issues.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to support business objectives and associate engagement.
  • Support mentorship and workforce development to cultivate a skilled and engaged workforce.

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-10929: The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00

Seattle, Washington US-11573: The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00 - $384,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
