What you'll do: - Define and manage large-scale program goals, stage gates, and key deliverables across multiple teams and timelines.
- Lead end-to-end technical solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system architecture standards.
- Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and ambiguities to maintain program momentum and clarity.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and scalable workflows to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery velocity.
- Engage stakeholders to secure alignment, communicate progress, and facilitate decision-making across complex initiatives.
- Mentor team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Monitor program performance, manage budgets, and dynamically adjust plans to achieve successful outcomes.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex technical programs with cross-functional dependencies and resource constraints.
- Proven ability to define program goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and key deliverables for multi-area initiatives.
- Strong expertise in technical design, including software, systems, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.

- Proficient in risk management, issue resolution, and dynamic roadmap refinement to ensure program success.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and improving processes to enhance delivery velocity and quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights and influence outcomes effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
