Role summary:

The (USA) Distinguished, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale technology programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end system solutions. This role requires expertise in program planning, technical design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality outcomes. The manager proactively identifies risks, optimizes resources, and mentors teams to enhance engineering practices and accelerate timelines. By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering effective communication, this position ensures successful execution of initiatives that support business objectives and continuous improvement across multiple domains.
What you'll do:
  • Define and manage large-scale program goals, stage gates, and key deliverables across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Lead end-to-end technical solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system architecture standards.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and ambiguities to maintain program momentum and clarity.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and scalable workflows to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery velocity.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
