Role summary:
The Director, Technical Program Management leads the planning and execution of complex, large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and business areas. This role drives strategic decision-making, manages cross-functional dependencies, and mentors team members to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. By leveraging technical expertise and program management best practices, the director optimizes workflows, mitigates risks, and fosters effective stakeholder communication. This position is critical in advancing technology initiatives that support business objectives while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence within a dynamic environment.

Our team leads strategic initiatives by ensuring effective planning, program tracking, and execution through strong stakeholder communication and management. We coordinate complex programs by defining goals, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement. Applying program and risk management techniques, we deliver scalable technology solutions while fostering collaboration across multiple areas. Leveraging expertise in technical design and systems architecture, we support seamless project execution and operational excellence. What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage large-scale technical programs, defining goals, critical paths, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Drive end-to-end system solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical architecture standards.
  • Identify and resolve program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints to maintain delivery timelines & quality outcomes.
  • Establish and improve scalable workflows, automation, & processes to enhance engineering team efficiency and velocity.
  • Engage stakeholders to secure buy-in, align priorities, & communicate program status using data-driven insights.
  • Mentor team members on program management best practices, technical design, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging GenAI & advanced analytics to improve planning, automate workflows & accelerate decision-making

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
