Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Director, Real Estate is a strategic partner responsible for translating business priorities, leadership requests, and cross-functional perspectives into clear strategies, recommendations, and executive-ready communications. This role leads complex, high-priority work from initial question through final recommendation. It requires the ability to frame ambiguous issues, engage senior leaders and subject-matter experts, synthesize multiple perspectives, challenge assumptions, generate ideas, and develop a clear point of view. The Director will also help drive execution of key priorities, ensure leaders are prepared for important decisions and discussions, and lead a team supporting strategy, communications, and creative development.
What you'll do: - Lead development of business strategies, executive recommendations, and other high-priority strategic deliverables.
- Structure complex or ambiguous business questions, build the fact base, evaluate options and tradeoffs, and develop a clear recommendation.
- Engage senior leaders and business partners to understand differing perspectives, while also challenging assumptions, prompting new ideas, and identifying opportunities that may not yet be fully formed.
- Synthesize inputs into a cohesive point of view that advances the discussion and provides leadership with a recommended path forward.
- Translate strategy into executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, talking points, and actionable plans.
- Lead selected cross-functional initiatives and ensure key decisions, commitments, and follow-through are carried through.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
