What you'll do...
Role summary:

As Director of Product Management for Asset Management & Enablement, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution of Walmart's global platforms that power enterprise asset lifecycle management and facilities enablement. Leading a portfolio of AI-enabled, data-driven products, you will transform how assets, fixtures, and equipment are planned, deployed, maintained, and optimized across Walmart's global footprint. Working across Facilities, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Data Science, you will deliver scalable digital capabilities that improve operational efficiency, maximize asset performance, reduce costs, and accelerate business growth through intelligent automation and predictive insights.
About the team:

The team leads Product for Walmart's global Real Estate business. Creating AI-enabled solutions to power the business from physical growth expansion to existing fleet remodels, facilities maintenance and digital twins.
What you'll do:

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Walmart's global Asset Management & Enablement product portfolio. Deliver AI-enabled platforms that optimize asset lifecycle management, fixture planning, inventory, work order management, technician enablement, and IoT-powered asset monitoring. Partner across Real Estate, Facilities, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Science, and global markets to solve complex business challenges and prioritize investments that maximize customer and business value. Drive intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and real-time asset visibility to improve operational performance. Build and develop a high-performing product organization while fostering strategic alignment, innovation, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to define product vision, influence enterprise strategy, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
