What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Director, Strategic Initiatives & Business Operations, serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving business performance, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional execution across the merchandising organization. This role partners across Merchandising, Finance, Operations, Replenishment, and Supplier teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Director also supports supplier investment and Directed Spend strategies, helping align resources and funding opportunities to key business priorities.

The team serves as the strategic planning and execution engine for the Health & Services organization. Working across business and operational functions, the team translates strategy into actionable plans, drives organizational change, improves operating processes, and leads initiatives that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Through strong cross-functional partnerships, the team helps ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution of key business priorities.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
