What You Will Do:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities while serving as a key liaison with internal teams and external clients.

The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless executive support and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and client-focused experience
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, briefings, and presentations
  • Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and priorities
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Support logistics for meetings, events, and client engagements, including on-site coordination as needed
  • Exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance executive support and team efficiency


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • FOUR (4) years or more of experience supporting senior executives in an administrative capacity
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Washington, DC


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Familiarity with executive-level stakeholder management
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or teams simultaneously
  • Experience in consulting, government contracting, or a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in a client-facing or client-support role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Concur)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail


The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
