Primary Function

The US Marketing Communications Manager will support collaboration between the US Marketing team, external marketing agencies, and key internal stakeholders. High-level responsibilities include managing the annual US Marketing communication plans and deliverables, fostering collaboration with primary stakeholders, following marketing communications guidance and best practices, identifying and supporting process improvement opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of annual communication plans for assigned US Marketing teams.
  • Share and implement marketing communications best practices across marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify new project requirements, define project scope, and coordinate deliverables.
  • Define responsibilities and expectations for internal customers, management, and project team members.
  • Map customer journeys and provide recommendations for marketing assets and integrated campaign strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end creative development processes for customer communications, presentations, sales tools, and marketing collateral.
  • Serve as document manager for materials requiring regulatory review and approval.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, scope changes, issues, and dependencies, and facilitate effective resolutions.
  • Communicate project status, decisions, risks, and key updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives within marketing communications operations.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and marketing communications initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to obtain content approvals.
  • Ability to work effectively in regulated environments; healthcare or medical device industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in written English.
  • Experience working across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with project management software and AI-enabled tools.
  • Preferred experience with presentation design and email marketing platforms such as Knak.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management certification preferred.
  • 3 to 10 years of project management and/or marketing communications experience.
  • Experience managing detailed project plans, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
  • Regulated healthcare or medical device industry experience preferred.
