Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Energy Services Team. This position is responsible for supporting civil site projects, typically including grading and earthwork, site access, erosion control, stormwater management, and other documentation to support the client's permitting and construction efforts. Priority will be given to candidates who are interested in civil site projects.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:
  • You will assist with plan production, perform and review design calculations, drive quality assurance, and support the internal and external project team on a variety of site/civil land development engineering projects.
  • Project elements typically include grading and earthwork, site access, erosion control, stormwater management, and other documentation to support the client's permitting and construction efforts.
  • Work will vary from project to project, so our engineers are exposed to a number of different practices which allow them to not only become well rounded, but also to find a specialty they have interest in.
  • This Team is expanding with additional expansion expected over the next few years. This allows for lots of potential for upward mobility once experience has been gained.

What You Will Bring:
  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
  • Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D (strongly preferred) or MicroStation. Exposure to Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, Bluebeam, HydroCAD, Microsoft Suite, and other relevant software products a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment, across multiple teams and disciplines.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range

$110,000-$140,000 USD
