Job Description
Euclid Innovations is looking for a results-oriented Internal US IT Recruiter to join our core talent acquisition team. Unlike agency recruiting, this role is about building the future of our company from the inside. You will partner directly with our technical leads and management to identify, attract, and hire top-tier IT talent across the United States. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring every candidate aligns with Euclid's technical standards and innovative culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Internal Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal US-based roles, including Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Data Scientists.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and niche tech communities to build a pipeline of passive talent.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with internal Hiring Managers to define job requirements, interview rubrics, and salary benchmarks.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the primary brand ambassador for Euclid Innovations, providing a high-touch, professional experience for every candidate.
  • Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure all hiring practices comply with US labor laws (EEO, OFCCP) and manage the pre-onboarding documentation.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on US tech salary trends and competitor movements to advise management on hiring strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Internal or Corporate experience is highly preferred).
