You will oversee branch managers, field technicians, and service administration teams across multiple states. The role covers service delivery, technician utilization, contract revenue, warranty, commissioning, parts, and customer account management. You will build the operational structure, processes, and accountability mechanisms needed for a rapidly expanding national service organization.

This is an on-site leadership role with no remote option.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch managers through structured goal-setting, performance management, and escalation pathways that reinforce operational excellence.
  • Maximize technician billable hours, deployment efficiency, and regional capacity planning to meet revenue and productivity targets.
  • Oversee parts management, warranty spend, commissioning workflows, and customer account administration to ensure accuracy, cost control, and timely execution.
  • Build and manage the fixed-price service revenue pipeline across all regions, ensuring predictable, profitable growth.
  • Partner with apprenticeship and training programs to strengthen technician competency, career progression, and workforce readiness.
  • Lead financial performance for the U.S. service business, managing margins, forecasting, and cost discipline in partnership with the finance function.

  • Design and implement the operational processes, accountability structures, and performance mechanisms currently missing across the U.S. service organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated financial accountability, margin management, forecasting, and cost control in a service-based business.
  • Track record of growing service contracts, CSAs, preventive maintenance agreements, or other recurring revenue portfolios.
  • Experience creating operational processes, accountability structures, and service workflows from the ground up.
  • Ability to communicate clearly at the executive level and represent a national service business to senior leadership.
  • Lives in or willing to relocate to Chesapeake, VA or Greenville-Spartanburg, SC (relocation assistance available).
