Full Job Description
Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, WI is seeking a board eligible/board certified Urologist to join our team. You may expect a busy practice in a physician- led, financially stable organization committed to both high-quality care and patient satisfaction. This is a comprehensive urology practice providing care in a mix of office-based visits, procedures, and dedication operating room time. • Call is 8 days per month and one weekend per month. • Clinic attached to the only hospital covered. • Comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary guarantee. • Common EMR/PACS across all Mayo Clinic Health System sites. • Join a team of 3 Urologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. • Physicians working in the urology practice will have access to top tier technology in the OR and clinic (For example: Digital Scopes, Operative Microscope, and DaVinci Robot) along with full complement of diagnostic radiology, laboratory, and stimulation testing. • Call Obligations: All physicians serve in a 1-in-5 call model. • Ability to work collectively with well-established referral resources, to grow practice general urology practice, and niche interests. • Teaching and Research opportunities in conjunction with Mayo Clinic. • Work/life balance, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
