Full Job Description
I'm currently searching for an Urgent Care Veterinarian for an independently owned veterinary practice in Thousand Oaks, California.

This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys the variety and pace of urgent care but is looking for a doctor-focused practice rather than a corporate environment.

The ideal candidate is:

A DVM (or equivalent) licensed or eligible to practice in California

Comfortable evaluating and treating urgent and same-day cases

Confident with common urgent-care diagnostics and procedures

A strong communicator who values client relationships

Collaborative, compassionate, and committed to high-quality medicine

Interested in having clinical autonomy while working with a supportive team

Urgent care, emergency, or general practice experience is preferred, but motivated veterinarians with the right skills and mindset are encouraged to reach out.
