Compensation Range : $289,772 - $308,112 / Year- Shift-based compensation
- Full time is 168 shifts/year (With option to work extra shifts at a per shift rate)
- Work one weekend/month
- Clinic is open 7 days/ week
- Monday - Friday 10 hours shifts
- Saturday-Sunday - 8 hour shifts

Job Requirements- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
Where You'll Work- Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
- Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
