OverviewThe Surety Programs Group (SPG) supports government and private sector management of complex safety, security, and reliability programs for high consequence operations. SPG delivers industry-leading, innovative, and value-added services such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention to help our clients understand and mitigate mission risks spanning physical, cyber, and human domains. SPG is hiring an Unmanned Aerial Systems Analyst immediately in the area of Kings Bay, GA.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
- Creation of "blue" UAS training plans for security forces.
- Leads quarterly "blue" UAS training classes on a rotating basis at mutiple Navy Locations.
- Leads creation of a UAS Program Plan that defines UAS operations, considerations, and requirements.
- Coordinates with DoW and DON UAS stakeholders to create "blue" UAS requirements.
- Coordinates with security forces to draft CONOPS for the use of "blue UAS."
- Creates "blue" UAS certification process and certifies that "blue" UAS operators meet DoW, DON, and SSP requirements prior to real-world operations.
- Supports and coordinates "red" UAS used in C-UAS training.
- Augments C-UAS T&E efforts.
- Participates in drills and training scenarios.
- Coordinates with and participates in U.S. Intelligence Community assessments that define current UAS threat capabilities.
QualificationsMandatory Requirements:
- Active TOP SECRET clearance.
- Six or more years of related work experience, including professional experience at a Navy Strategic Weapons Facility.
- BA/BS degree or higher (additional years of relevant experience may be substituted).
- Detailed knowledge of UAS and CUAS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to effectively manage time and collaborate across a diverse set of group/division priorities.
- Knowledge of developing briefs and reports for project leadership team review.
