We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced
Full-Time RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills, along with experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and maintain the health and well-being of residents on the unit
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families
- Address and help prevent concerns from residents and family members
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Supervise, coach, and provide direction or disciplinary action to nursing staff when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies
- Provide hands-on nursing care and medication administration as required
Compensation - $41 - $45/hr and is determined by experience

Qualifications - Current and active New Jersey RN/LPN License
- Previous nursing home management/supervisory experience required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
