Full Job Description
Under the general direction and supervision of the Administrator, the Director of Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance and repair of functions of the entire interior and exterior of the facility. The Director of Maintenance participates in the development of the facility's objectives, plans, and policies. The Director of Maintenance develops and implements policies, methods, and procedures necessary to implement building maintenance programs. The Director of Maintenance supervises the operation, maintenance, and repair of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communication, data, heating, air conditioning, control systems.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in a supervisory role with a NJ Black Seal license.
