RN/LPN Unit Manager to lead and support our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
Currently hiring for Full Time employmentKey Responsibilities: - Oversee and maintain the health and well-being of residents on the unit
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families
- Address and help prevent concerns from residents and family members
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Supervise, coach, and provide direction or disciplinary action to nursing staff when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies
- Provide hands-on nursing care and medication administration as required
Compensation - $80000-$100000/ year and is determined by experience

Qualifications - Current and active New Jersey RN/LPN License
- Previous nursing home management/supervisory experience required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
