Full Job Description
Provides Leadership and operational direction for the departments assigned with oversight of quality standards, employee and customer relations, and information management functions (i.e., via Balance Score Card and other metrics). Collaborates with other members of the management team to ensure that the department meets its goals through the appropriate allocation of resources, be it human, financial or technical. Also serves as an advocate for the success of the department, as well as an ambassador for the mission of the hospital by communicating successes and obtaining developmental resources for the purpose of education, training and experience to increase technical competence.
