Full Job Description
The UCLA Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is seeking an experienced Nurse Director to lead operations for the UCLA Clinical and Translational Research Center (CTRC), a premier research unit supporting more than 400 active clinical trials. This leadership role oversees research nursing operations, collaborates with investigators and clinical teams across UCLA Health, and ensures exceptional patient care and operational excellence. The Director manages the CTRC's 23-hour ambulatory research unit, including 11 patient beds, four infusion chairs, and a team of more than 16 research nursing and support staff. In addition, the Director oversees the innovative CTRC Without Walls (CTRC WoW) program, managing staffing, service agreements, and financial operations to expand research support across the institution. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a high-performing team and advance groundbreaking clinical research at one of the nation's leading academic health systems. Annual Range: $148,700.00-$352,100.00
