You Are:
An experienced UKG Payroll Lead with a strong track record of delivery, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to grow and scale our Technology & Operations (T&O) UKG business. You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams.
The Work:As a UKG Payroll Lead, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to help clients fully realize the value of their workforce management investment. You will play a key role in guiding payroll operations, improving processes, and ensuring governance and compliance across client environments.
Your responsibilities will include
- Implement the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.
- Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
- Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need...- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Services
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
