What will your typical day look like?As a UKG WFM Lead, your day will revolve around leading project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring the success of your team. Here's what you can expect:
- Solution Leadership: Serve as the primary Solution Lead on UKG WFM projects, guiding the overall design, configuration, and implementation of workforce management solutions tailored to client needs. Lead requirements gathering, design sessions, solution demonstrations and testing cycles to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with the client project lead, building trusted relationships and facilitating open communication to ensure project goals are met. Lead client presentations and workshops, offering expertise and actionable insights to address complex workforce management challenges.
- Project Management Oversight: Oversee project planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope. Develop detailed project status reports, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum. Some projects may require providing the WFM project management elements to a program PMO.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide guidance on configuration tasks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure the team's work aligns with client expectations and project objectives.
- Hands-on Configuration: While leading the team, you will also contribute directly to UKG WFM configuration, ensuring system functionality meets client specifications. This includes complex staff scheduling, timekeeping, and integration with payroll systems.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues during implementation, diagnose root causes, and recommend innovative solutions. Leverage your expertise to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks before they impact project outcomes.
- Mentorship and Development: Actively mentor team members, providing training and development opportunities to strengthen their skills and prepare them for future leadership roles. Ensure knowledge sharing across the team to enhance overall project delivery.
- Strategic Contributions: Partner with internal stakeholders to refine delivery methodologies, contribute to practice growth, and identify opportunities to expand client relationships.

Enough about us, let's talk about youYou are a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional workforce management solutions. You thrive in a leadership role and excel at building relationships, managing teams, and solving complex problems. Here's what you bring to the role:
- Educational Background: Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials or equivalent work experience
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience (minimum of 7 years) implementing UKG WFM (Kronos) solutions in complex environments, including staff scheduling and timekeeping. Current UKG certifications are required.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive Workforce Management customer facing experience in Healthcare or Retail, including operational guidance
- Workforce Management Knowledge: Deep WFM expertise with complex staff scheduling and timekeeping including payroll processes and integration is required.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated customer facing experience leading large-scale implementation projects, including project planning, risk management, and client communication.
- Client-Focused Mindset: Commitment to professional client service excellence with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to diagnosing and addressing challenges.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Canada, as required.
- Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
