Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro HCM Implementation Consultant with a strong focus on HR modules to lead and support the successful deployment of UKG Pro HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG integrations using Bhoomi, a deep understanding of HCM processes, and a commitment to compliance and best practices.

This is a remote role, with preference for candidates located in or near Seattle, WA, and available to work PST hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, and Workflows.
  • Configure and integrate UKG Pro HCM using the Bhoomi platform.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR functionalities and processes within UKG.
  • Conduct client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for UKG deployment and data migration.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues during and after implementation.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure effective system adoption.


Required Qualifications
  • UKG Certified Integration Consultant (Required).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing UKG Pro HCM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience integrating UKG Pro using the Bhoomi platform.
