Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if required.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of UI/UX and frontend development experience.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility and responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and feedback gathering.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance application functionality.
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions to inform UI/UX design adjustments.
• Create style guides and pattern libraries to ensure design consistency.
• Ensure compliance with 508 accessibility standards and FBI design requirements.
• Build responsive UIs using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with APIs.
• Support usability tests, analyze results, and make design recommendations.
• Provide design support across various projects and modernization initiatives.
