SUMMARY
The UI/UX Developer IV is an advanced role requiringsignificant experiencein designing and strategizing user interfaces and experiences. This positionis responsible foroverseeing complex projects and integratingnew technologiesto enhance site usability and user satisfaction.
ESSENTIALREQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain andmaintainthe required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities,equipmentand property.
Expertproficiencyin design tools and strong command of front-end technologies.
KEYDUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES
EssentialDuties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Designs anddevelopssophisticated user interfaces.
Leads the creation of user personas and comprehensive user research analyses.
Develops complex wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for multiple platforms.
Oversees usability testing, gathers insights, and implements improvements.
Drives a user-centric approach in every design decision and project undertaking.
Works closely with cross-functional teams to define, align, and execute design solutions.
Plays a key role in refining and expanding the company27s design system and style guidelines.
Collaborates with stakeholders to present concepts, gather feedback, and iterate designs.
Manages multiple projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines, scope, and budgets.
Servesas a mentor and guide to develop junior designers and grow their skills.
EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor27s degree in computer science or a related field and a minimum of seven to nine (7-9)yearsrelevant experience, or equivalent combination of education / experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects andoperatetools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand,walkand stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Mustfrequentlylift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific visionabilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $45 to $48 per hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
