Qualifications

• Strong experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Protopie
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies
• Proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React) preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design processes and high-fidelity work
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years of experience in designing web/mobile applications required

Responsibilities

• Investigate user behavior, conduct usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
• Develop user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to map out user journeys
• Create high-fidelity mockups, UI elements, and interactive prototypes that are visually engaging
• Work with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Maintain and update UI style guides and pattern libraries to ensure consistency
• Build interactive prototypes to showcase functionality and gather feedback
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
• Create, update, and maintain UI design documentation
