You'll lead the design of intelligent, customer-centric experiences, partnering closely with Engineering, Marketing, and our Operations team to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions. We're looking for a builder who thrives at the intersection of design and technology. You'll move quickly from ideas to prototypes to shipped products using a combination of Figma, AI-powered tools, and code. You'll help define product strategy, influence how we build AI experiences, and raise the bar for design across the company. What you will do: As a Product Designer at ResQ, you will be contributing in the following areas: • AI Product Design: Design AI-first product experiences that solve real customer problems. Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, customer-centric experiences. • End-to-End Ownership: Own the design process from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring a high-quality user experience every step of the way. • Rapid Prototyping : Quickly turn ideas into interactive prototypes using Figma, AI-powered design and development tools, and code to validate concepts before launch. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Engineering team to shape product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver impactful features. • User Research : Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and research to understand user needs and inform product and design decisions. • AI Experience Design: Design intuitive workflows for AI-powered features, automation, and intelligent recommendations that build customer trust and drive adoption. • Design Systems : Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and UX patterns that create consistency across the platform. • Continuous Improvement: Use customer feedback, product analytics, and experimentation to iterate quickly and continuously improve the user experience. Who you are: • 5+ years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer in a fast paced start up environment. • Comfortable building and shipping product experiences using Git, AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, MagicPath, Cursor, or similar), and traditional design tools like Figma. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, ideally with B2B products. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in an innovation-focused environment.
