Position Description
A Mid-Level UI/UX Analyst is a seasoned professional who combines analytical expertise with a deep understanding of user experience design. They play a pivotal role in shaping user interfaces, enhancing usability, and driving strategic decisions across digital products.

Position Requirements
Primary Requirements
• User-Centric Design Leadership:
o Champion user-centric design principles throughout the organization.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Usability Assessment and Optimization:
o Conduct comprehensive usability assessments using various methods (user testing, heuristic evaluation, etc.).
o Identify pain points in existing software products and propose enhancements.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
o Leverage user data and analytics to inform design choices.
o Translate insights into actionable recommendations for iterative improvements.
• Prototyping and Interaction Design:
o Create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that align with user expectations.
o Define interaction patterns for seamless user journeys.
• Collaboration and Mentorship:
o Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
o Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Experience
• Minimum of 7 or more years in UI/UX analysis, with a track record of successful projects.
• Advanced proficiency in usability testing, user research, and interaction design.
• Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Candidates MUST be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance. Must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in last 5 years and have resided in the US for the last 5 years
