What You Will Do:- Support the security analysis of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations, related technologies, and associated business processes.
- Review security requirements, identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and help develop mitigation strategies to protect UAS environments and data.
- Analyze incidents, trends, and operational issues to support continuous improvement of security controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and security best practices.
- Support analysis related to UAS investigations, enforcement actions, policy, and training
- Prepare clear documentation, reports, and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Assist with monitoring, auditing, and maintaining security-related records and evidence as needed.
What You Will Need:- Requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of TWO (2)+ years of professional work experience.
- Experience in security analysis, risk assessment, or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of security principles, controls, and common vulnerability management practices.
- Ability to evaluate information, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly and professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document technical information for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Experience supporting UAS, aviation, aerospace, or transportation-related security activities.
- Experience with law enforcement or security operations.
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
