Job DescriptionOur people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Maintenance General Supervisor at our Turquoise Ridge operation. The successful candidate will manage, coach, lead and mentor the Process Maintenance team.
Responsibilities:- Support the objectives of Process Maintenance with the Process Maintenance Superintendent
- Supervise the Process Maintenance supervisors and planning of their career development
- Ensure that all maintenance service activities operate within safety, security, and environmental policies and regulations to protect the employees and assets of the company
- Participate in maintenance planning processes
- Ensure that departmental condition monitoring and reliability objectives are met
- Coordinate company policies and procedures
- Support operational objectives by minimizing risks and improving value. focusing on cost management
- Perform all vital tasks to plan and schedule maintenance work
- Maintain an accurate backlog and interact/connect with supervisors and other planners in achieving set goals
- Generate PMs
- Resolve source for labor and materials
- Communicate/coordinate with all levels of maintenance, operations, purchasing and warehouse staff, and outside vendors
- Develop and maintain the expense budget and forecast for the process maintenance team.
- Develop task and material lists, building activities and review stock level requirements
- Develop cost and equipment reports
Qualifications:- Minimum ten (10) years of verifiable and related maintenance experience required
- Five (5) years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Experience in a planned maintenance environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics required
- Professional communication skills with various levels of employees both verbally and in writing required
- Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of influencing others required
- Performance of the crucial job functions required
- Team based work skills required
- Proficient with basic computer software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
- Valid driver's license required
- Dedication to developing and maintaining a safe work culture required
