JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Product Associate – Administration Oversight & Training supports the Trusts & Estates Center of Excellence by providing partnership, training coordination, and broad process awareness across administration oversight, procedures, and communications.

This role supports administration oversight and procedural governance in partnership with COE team members. However, the Senior Product Associate is expected to maintain strong end0to0end knowledge of trust and estate administration processes and to support continuity, risk awareness, and effective communication across the practice.

The role works closely with COE leadership and business partners, particularly Product Managers and Product Owners, to schedule, develop, and deliver trainings, and to maintain training materials, and ensure communications and reference content accurately reflect current practices and regulatory expectations. The individual also serves as a key point of contact for administration oversight and training0related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration Oversight Support: Maintain working knowledge of trust and estate administration workflows, including quality review processes and escalation paths; support issue identification, tracking, and follow0up in partnership with COE team members; and serve as a point of contact for administration0related questions.
  • Procedure Awareness: Maintain familiarity with trust and estate procedures and provide support with updates or edits as needed to ensure alignment with current practices and training materials.
  • Training Coordination and Delivery: Coordinate, prepare, and directly deliver new0hire and refresher trainings; maintain and update training decks, job aids, and onboarding materials.
  • Communications & Content: Support internal communications and maintain COE SharePoint content, including training-related materials and reference resources to ensure materials are accurate, clear, and accessible.
  • COE Partnership & Coverage: Serve as a point of contact for COE initiatives and support leadership with materials, responses, and ad hoc requests.
