Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement estate plans based on clients' needs and objectives
- Manage trust administration, including asset transfers and distribution
- Provide legal guidance on estate tax implications and wealth preservation strategies
- Handle probate proceedings and represent clients in contested estate matters
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client service
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and estate planning
- Strong understanding of tax laws related to trusts and estates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
