Full Job Description
About the Role:

CBRE's Global Treasury team is seeking a high-performing Senior Treasury Analyst to support M&A integration, daily cash positioning, corporate investments, and strategic initiatives across a Fortune 500 platform.

This role sits at the intersection of transaction execution and operational excellence. You'll manage daily cash flows routinely exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars, support one of the largest multi-billion-dollar commercial paper programs in the U.S. non-financial sector, and partner with Treasury leadership and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact work across the organization.

The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. You're energized by the idea of working across M&A deals, capital markets, and global operations, looking for a role where your contributions are felt at the enterprise level from day one.

What You'll Do:

M&A Integration & Strategic Projects

  • Lead Treasury workstreams for M&A integrations, including bank account setup, system onboarding, entity rationalization, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Contribute to strategic Treasury initiatives, process improvement projects, and policy documentation.
  • Help identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities to modernize Treasury workflows and reporting.

Cash Management & Liquidity

  • Assist running the global daily cash forecasting and positioning process, managing routine flows well into the hundreds of millions of dollars across U.S. entities.
  • Monitor accuracy and timely execution of daily funding decisions and cash position reporting.
  • Support global cash review and repatriation efforts, including intercompany funding analysis and dividend/repatriation workflows.

Capital Markets & Investments

  • Support CBRE's multi-billion-dollar commercial paper program, Top 50 among U.S. non-financial issuers; including issuance, settlement, and dealer coordination.
  • Assist with corporate investment activities, including portfolio monitoring, trade execution support, and counterparty management.
  • Provide coverage for corporate debt reporting and related compliance activities.

Reporting & Leadership Support

  • Prepare presentations and analysis for senior leadership and banking partners.
  • Assist with consolidation and variance analysis across business units for global cash flow forecasting.
  • Help with timely production of daily cash position and CP activity reports.

What You'll Need:

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 3+ years of progressive corporate treasury or finance experience.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Detail-oriented professional with a strong aptitude for system administration and process optimization.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and banking partners.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation preferred.
  • Candidates with M&A integration or capital markets exposure preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with cash management, forecasting, and bank account onboarding preferred.
  • Experience with commercial paper or short-term debt instruments preferred.
  • Exposure to global treasury operations, intercompany settlements, and repatriation strategies preferred.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and major banking portals preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems in a treasury or finance context preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in a business or finance setting; curiosity about leveraging technology to drive efficiency preferred.
