Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Providing a high level of customer service and assessing needs of the Bank's commercial clients and prospects as a subject matter expert in cash management services. Primary point of contact for bank staff and commercial clients for Treasury and Cash Management needs and questions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: partnering with sales, support, and operations to uncover needs for additional products and services, overseeing the implementation, on-boarding, and training for new commercial cash management customers, as well as providing ongoing support to these customers. Additional responsibilities include conducting annual audits of the Treasury customer base while adhering to all regulations, policy, and procedures. Participate in new Treasury product development and make recommendations for improvements to existing products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct prospecting calls to increase new relationships for internal leads generated. Partnering with Banking Center Managers, Lenders, and Market Executives to identify prospective business opportunities and participate in joint sales calls. This includes preparing appropriate paperwork and submitting requests to the Electronic Banking Team.
- Prepare and deliver product structuring and pricing of customer proposals and business account reviews. Knowledgeable of industry and competitor cash management products. Monitor the marketplace to assess product, technology, and industry trends to ensure appropriate product offerings. Partner with support team to assist in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Coordinates the delivery of Treasury products and services while managing customer contact, such as, product training and operations.
- Perform daily support for Treasury Management clients in designated region while also using needs-based analysis to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Performs annual audit and review of treasury products, such as ACH, Wire, and RDC.
- Coaches Retail Teams to discuss Treasury services effectively to increase new relationships and potential prospects.
Qualifications:NOTE: The level of role will be determined based on candidate years of experience and depth of knowledge. - Associate degree or equivalent work experience; college degree preferred.
- 8 + years of previous Treasury Services experience.
- Knowledgeable in all features, benefits, processes and procedures for all Treasury services; including commercial cash management products and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
