Job Description:

This job is responsible for managing a major functional component of a key business in Product Management. Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior management to develop and sponsor core strategies across Bank of America and maintaining financial responsibilities, including forecasts of volume and revenue trends, product profitability, and components of product costs. Job expectations may include managing a team to ensuring that the product management efforts are integrated with sales, technology, implementation, and servicing.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees a set of product(s) and maintains financial responsibility, including accountability for Profit and Loss activities such as revenue, profit margins, etc.
  • Leads a team responsible for identification of plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
  • Reviews revenue, volume, and profitability for product sets and presents findings to Product Management leaders and/or Global Treasury Services management
  • Oversees the development of product strategy, driving products in cash management to provide comprehensive solutions across the bank
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
  • Drives transaction and revenue growth and manages associated financial processes (i.e., forecast, monthly flash reporting, etc.)
  • Collaborates with internal technology subject matter experts and researches product-related trends in order to provide an integrated and automated client experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of banking, treasury services, liquidity management, or corporate finance experience. *confirming as min years is checked off as 5 on form
  • Deep expertise in global liquidity, cash management, deposit products, and balance sheet dynamics.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise C-suite treasury and finance executives.
  • Demonstrated success managing large revenue portfolios and originating complex treasury solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, and capital considerations impacting deposit franchises.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and influence outcomes across multiple lines of business and senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required


Desired Qualifications:
  • MBA, CFA, CTP, or other advanced designation preferred.
  • Experience leading teams or serving as a senior subject matter expert across a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking, corporate treasury functions, and multinational cash management structures.
  • Demonstrated track record winning large-scale RFPs and cross-border treasury mandates.
  • Advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external senior stakeholders

Pay range

$250,000.00 - $430,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
