Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. This Systems Team member will be focused on Salesforce administration related activities in support of the development and production support. This Systems Team member will be focused on Salesforce administration related activities in support of the development and production support. Responsibilities - Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, testers, product owners and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business solutions built on Salesforce & nCino technologies. - Support Bank side infrastructure, including Mulesoft, Relational Junction, Informatica and Oracle Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
  • Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
  • Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
  • Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
  • Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
  • Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
  • Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
  • Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties. - Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. - Provide third-level support to business users. Core Competency Requirements -
  • Lead vulnerability remediation for the CCUFT space
  • Lead general health and welfare of the infrastructure and platforms in the CCUFT space
  • Bea a liaison with the enterprise TI and other partner organizations alongside being partners with internal GBCT teams


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of job related experience required .
  • Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum -
  • Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software -
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments -
  • Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization -
  • Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories -
  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment -
  • Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes Preferred Competency Requirements - Enterprise Security - Enterprise Monitoring - Informatica

  • Desirable Skills: - Maintain high standards of software quality as a control point for code delivery. -
  • Possess a knowledge of enterprise monitoring technologies, i.e. Splunk, Aternity, App Dynamics, Sitescope, etc. -
  • General knowledge of Cloud based security and work with Security and Risk staff to ensure application is secure and free of vulnerabilities-
  • Package and support deployment of releases. - Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
