About the Role:

Success Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Treasury Manager to oversee our financial risk management, cash operations, and banking relationships. In this role, reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will lead daily liquidity management, optimize cash flow forecasting, and ensure our capital structure effectively supports company objectives. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver who thrives on optimizing financial processes, mitigating risks, and ensuring robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management & Liquidity
  • Oversee daily cash positioning, cash pooling, and automated clearing house (ACH)/wire transactions.
  • Manage short-term investment portfolios and optimize yield on excess cash while preserving capital.
  • Maintain and optimize a rolling 13-month cash flow forecasting model to predict liquidity needs.


Risk Management & Compliance
  • Enforce robust internal controls and segregation of duties across all payment channels.
  • Ensure compliance with internal investment policies and propose updates to policies as needed.
  • Assist in evaluating capital structure needs, managing corporate debt compliance, and overseeing covenant reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams during quarterly and annual reviews.


Banking & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate banking partners, and the primary administrator of our commercial banking platforms.
  • Manage corporate credit facilities, letters of credit, and commercial card programs.
  • Maintain and update bank account documentation and account entitlements.


Professional Qualifications:

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury, corporate finance, or commercial banking experience.
  • 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.


Certifications (Highly Valued)
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is strongly preferred.
  • CFA or CPA is a plus.


Technical & Soft Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (financial modeling, macros, VLOOKUPs/Index Match).
  • Strong understanding of banking portals, SWIFT messaging, and clearing networks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial risks into actionable insights for executive leadership.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.

Compensation Range

$165,000-$180,000 USD
