Overview
We are seeking a Treasury manager who will play a key role in supporting the company's corporate funding strategy, managing compliance requirements, and mitigating treasury-related risks. This individual will work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and asset management teams to ensure effective and policy-aligned execution of treasury activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Corporate Funding Management
  • Assist in executing corporate funding transactions in accordance with established policy and funding strategy.
  • Coordinate with financial counterparties to ensure funding is implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all funding-related covenants and internal policies.
  • Perform internal treasury reporting aligned with project and funding plans.
Debt Compliance and Certificate Management
  • Support the coordination and review of U.S. debt compliance with cross-functional teams.
  • Review financial ratio calculations, manage sign-off workflows, and prepare summary memos for directors.
  • Draft and distribute compliance certificates and accounts to both internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
  • Maintain and update the compliance tracker following new financings or refinancings.
Treasury Risk Management and Policy Oversight
  • Monitor treasury-related risks, including funding, liquidity, currency, interest rate, and operational risks.
  • Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies and external finance documentation.
  • Monitor and support adherence to treasury policies, procedures, and process controls.
  • Support continuous process improvement and annual review/updates of Treasury Policies and Procedures.
Treasury Compliance System Administration (vComply)
  • Act as the key treasury contact for vComply compliance platform administration.
  • Ensure vComply is current and accurately reflects all Treasury-related obligations.
  • Provide guidance and support to U.S. staff on compliance system usage and responsibilities.
  • Maintain and update treasury compliance reference materials, including:
    • Internal guides for staff
    • Overview reference guide for lenders (corporate structure, funding, security arrangements)


Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or related roles (renewable energy or infrastructure industry experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of debt compliance, funding structures, and treasury policy frameworks
  • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Process improvement or change management experience within treasury or finance operations

Location: The preferred location for this role is one of our office locations: Washington, DC Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office schedule of three days per week.
