Key Responsibilities
Cash Management & Liquidity
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across domestic and international bank accounts.
- Monitor cash balances and funding requirements to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Provide reporting and analysis on deployable cash and liquidity metrics.
- Recommend strategies to optimize cash utilization and interest income. Treasury forecasting and deployable cash management are key functions within the treasury organization.
Banking Operations
- Oversee bank account administration, including account openings, closings, and maintenance.
- Lead bank rationalization initiatives and support treasury integration projects.
- Evaluate banking services, fees, and account structures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support treasury technology implementation and bank connectivity enhancements.
- Oversee payment processes including wires, ACH, international payments, and treasury controls.
- Manage fraud prevention programs including Positive Pay and other banking controls.
- Support payment workflow improvements and automation initiatives.
- Maintain treasury procedures and documentation.
Investments, Debt & Capital Markets
- Manage corporate investment portfolios in accordance with approved investment policies.
- Monitor market conditions and make recommendations regarding investments and funding strategies. Treasury activities include investment management, debt management, and capital markets support.
Foreign Exchange & Risk Management
- Monitor foreign currency exposures and support FX hedging programs.
- Assist with interest rate risk management activities.
- Evaluate treasury-related financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Professional Certifications
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
- CFA other relevant financial certifications are a plus.
Experience
- 5-8+ years of corporate treasury, banking, or finance experience.
- Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations.
- Experience managing treasury management systems and banking platforms.
- Knowledge of debt, investments, FX, and risk management activities.
- Experience supporting process automation and treasury transformation initiatives preferred.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with treasury management systems (GTreasury, Kyriba, FIS, or similar).
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of banking products, payment systems, and treasury controls.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday or similar.

Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
