Full Job Description
A Treasury Management Support Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of the team and provide direction and coaching to ensure quality and efficiency with documents and setups as well as assist in providing training opportunities. A Team Lead will be knowledgeable of all Bank services and products and is trained to promote and deliver those services, to include, but not limited to, Commercial Online Banking, Online Banking Wires, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Account Reconciliation, Lockbox, 3rd Party Depository Services, sweep accounts, ZBA, and other products that are currently in place or may be added in the future.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead training efforts for the department to ensure procedures are followed and that the correct processes are in place.
  • Provide guidance and become a trusted and valuable resource for the more junior team members.
  • Responsible for monitoring quality control processes within the Treasury Management Support department.
  • Responsible for scheduling, planning, and assigning the daily departmental workflow to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This includes managing the TM Support inbox and ensuring that all requests/inquiries are responded to in accordance with the department's SLAs.
  • Monitor quality of work performed through periodic quality control reviews.
  • Responsible for input and maintenance of the bank's account analysis platform.
  • Responsible for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of the bank's Consumer Online Banking Platform.
  • Manage multiple transaction queues for held transactions, over limit transactions and suspected fraudulent transactions and facilitate obtaining necessary approvals for release.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and problems related to Treasury Management and Electronic Banking questions and problems or refer clients to appropriate party. Follow up with customers or internal staff as necessary until the problem is resolved to the client's satisfaction.
  • Resolve problems within given authority.
  • Responsible for implementation and callback procedures for various Treasury Management products including but not necessarily limited to Consumer Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay and Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Assist in the coordination and support of audits and examinations.
  • Ability to prioritize time sensitive and high-profile requests within a general work queue and act accordingly.
  • Proactively keep Treasury Management Sales Officers and Relationship Managers informed of client service issues and provide sufficient back-up information to support any client requests being made. Provide multiple solutions when making suggestions.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments of the bank to provide stellar service to the bank's internal and external clientele.
  • Participate in Bank and department projects as assigned.

Position Requirements:
  • Prior management experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking operations and cash management processes required.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from business units, clients and managers.
  • Knowledge of treasury management products and services; database software, Excel and Word processing.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and interpret information and date to formulate conclusions and recommendations.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00. The compensation range for this position represents the minimum and maximum base salary for this role. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, location, education, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for additional bonuses, where applicable.
