Requisition SummaryThis position in PACCAR Inc Corporate Treasury provides analysis and administration to PACCAR's global Treasury operations. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, a focus on continuous improvement, and a passion for corporate finance and the financial markets. This role will have the opportunity to assist with cash positioning and analysis and perform departmental and system administration.The position is located in Bellevue, WA.
Job Functions / Responsibilities- Daily cash positioning and related analysis, including management of treasury payments and other cash movements.
- Act as administrator for online banking systems and assist PACCAR users with access management and troubleshooting.
- Process invoices including bank fees, investment management fees, letter of credit fees, etc.
- Perform periodic Sarbanes-Oxley user access and segregation of duties reviews for banking system users.
- Assist the Global Manager Cash & Banking with the update and administration of PACCAR's electronic bank account management system (eBAM).
- Assist with routing Account Activity Authorization forms for any bank account openings, closings, or authorized signer changes.
- Prepare reports for distribution to senior management and other PACCAR departments.
- Daily office administration for the Corporate Treasury department, including answering phones, document filing, and ordering of office supplies.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in a professional, office, or corporate environment required.
- 1+ years' work experience in related field is desired.
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Tableau is desired.
- Working knowledge of finance, treasury principles, systems and financial statements are a plus.
- Experience with Bloomberg information system is a plus.
EducationBachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related area is required.

The salary range for the Treasury Analyst is $70,500 - $105,800 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
