Traveling Lead Superintendent | Industrial & Retail Construction Charlotte, NC | Southeast Travel (Per Diem allowance) I'm partnering with a growing commercial General Contractor that's looking to hire an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead industrial, retail, cold storage projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, and the surrounding Southeast. We're looking for someone who has: Led ground-up commercial construction projects as the Lead Superintendent. Strong industrial, cold storage and/or retail project experience. Proven success managing schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality. The ability to build strong relationships with owners, clients, and trade partners. A willingness to travel throughout the Southeast (Charlotte area home base preferred). What's on offer: Strong base salary and bonus.
