Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for the success of large and complex projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a difficult projects, as well as collaborate with project engineering, field leadership, and other high level leaders for success. This position will require seeing a project through to completion, and then relocation to a new project. You will begin in the Iowa market working with one of our current Project Executives to learn our company approach, and then relocate to your assigned project.

Responsibilities:
• Project Scope: Coordinates a team and project resources for large and complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
• Mentorship: Supports new team members to achieve training and onboarding goals by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights. Identifies and communicates training challenges to leadership.
