About this RoleThis is a field leadership position responsible for executing plumbing scopes on large-scale projects across multiple states. You'll lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate manpower and materials, and drive productivity while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.
What You'll Do- Lead daily plumbing field operations and installation activities
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Plan work to meet project schedules and milestones
- Ensure plumbing installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity, and workmanship
- Partner with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and other trades
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly
- Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate daily progress
- Support inspections, turnover, and project closeout
What You'll Bring- 5+ years of plumbing field leadership experience preferred
- Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, codes, drawings, and specifications
- Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple work activities
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
